Admin Brokerage Service

• • Fragrance Marketplace will broker your sales/swaps/returns for a fee of $1 USD from each individual for every $100 transaction;
    • • • • $1 for transaction up to $99
          • $2 for transaction up to $199
          • $3 for transaction up to $299
          • $4 for transaction up to $399
          • $5 for transaction up to $499
          • etc…
  • 100% of the fee will go towards the Group Giveaway until we hit ~$200 USD.
  • Utilizing the Admin Brokerage Service will guarantee you one entry into the giveaway (no limit).
  • Admin Brokerage is cheaper than Paypal G&S and ensures that both the seller and buyer are protected as G&S only protects the buyer.
  • This a brokerage service (Admin will hold onto the money) to ensure buyer receives what was described from the seller, NOBODY will ship the item(s) to Admin.
  • This is NOT a consignment service where we will find you a buyer/seller, you do that on your own.
  • Service is not available to international members due to complex fees/taxes.
  • No other payment methods available due to risks to our own personal accounts, keep in mind that we do this service out of courtesy and our own time.

Selling/Buying/Returning Brokerage

1. Create a group chat with Admin Linh.

2. Explain the entire transaction and monetary value of the item in the group chat.

3. Attach photos of batch code, juice level and bottle(s).

4. Buyer will send the asking price of item ($$$) + Brokerage Fee to Admin via Venmo/Cashapp.

5. Seller ships the item directly to buyer and provide tracking number.

6. Once item is received and inspected, Admin release funds to seller.

Example Scenario:

1. ***Creates Groupchat with Admin Linh and other party***
2. “Hello Admin, Me (Buyer) & ____ (Seller) would like to use Admin Brokerage for a Sale. We have both decided to use CashApp/Venmo (Pick One).
3. <Seller>: “Here is a photo of my bottle that includes batch code and level. I am selling it for $150”
4. <Buyer>: “I will send $152 to you via CashApp (or Venmo), $2 added to cover the Brokerage fee which will go back into the Group Giveaway”
5. <Seller>: “Here is the Tracking Number”.
6. <Buyer days later>: “I received the item, everything checks out as described. Please release the funds”.
7. Admin sends seller $148 via the same payment method to Seller, keeping the $2 Brokerage Fee from each party ($4 total) which will go back into the Group Giveaway – which both members will get giveaway spots.”

Swapping Brokerage

1. Create a group chat with Admin Linh.

2. Explain the entire transaction in the group chat.

3. Attach photos of batch code, juice level and bottle(s).

4. Both members will decide on how much the items are valued ($$$).

5. Both members send the value of the item ($$$) + Brokerage Fee to Admin via Venmo/Cashapp.

6. Both members ship the item(s) directly to each other.

7. Once both members received & inspected, Admin release funds to both members.

Example Scenario:

1. ***Creates Groupchat with Admin Linh and other party***
2. “Hello Admin, Me (Party A) & ____ (Party B) would like to use Admin Brokerage for a Swap. We have both decided to use CashApp/Venmo (Pick One).
3. <Both Members>: “Here is a photo of my bottle that includes batch code and level”
4. <Both Members>: “We have decided that both of our bottles are valued at $150 each.”
5. <Both Members>: “We will both send $152 to you via CashApp (or Venmo), $2 to cover the Brokerage fee which will go back into the Group Giveaway”
6. <Both Members>: “Here is the Tracking Number”.
7. <Both members days later>: “We have both received the item, everything checks out as described. Please release the funds”.
8. Admin sends both members $150 back into their same payment method, keeping the $2 total Brokerage Fee from each party ($4 total) which will go back into the Group Giveaway – which both members will get giveaway spots.”
