- Auctions MUST BE AUTHORIZED by Admin Nghia Tran or Moderator Brandon.
- You are REQUIRED to sell the fragrance for whatever the final bid is, there is no such thing as a reserve price but options are okay.
- Example: If the auction goes over $200, there will be an option for a more expensive fragrance.
- Multiple items in a single auction are okay
- There will only be ONE auction held at any given time.
- Auctions are on a first come first serve basis.
- Auctions are held for 24 hours, unless noted.
Eligibility for Authorized Auctions:
| 1. Have conducted over 10 sales/swaps (proof required via Legit Check public post). | ||||||||
| 2. Accept at least THREE major payment methods (Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Facebook Pay or Zelle). | ||||||||
| 3. Must utilize Fragrance Marketplace’s Brokerage program (if winner asks). | ||||||||
| 4. Shipment of items within 48 hours of cleared payment. | ||||||||
| 5. You must maintain a good standing and have no complaints with buyers/swappers. | ||||||||
| 6. Member for a minimum of 6 months. |
Steps to run an Authorized Auction:
| 1. Agree to the Auction Rules above. | ||||||||
| 2. Message Admin Nghia Tran or Moderator Brandon for open slots. | ||||||||
| 3. List your items (with clear photos of fragrance and their batch codes) + Yes/No International Shipment | ||||||||
| 4. Increments will always be $5 minimum & maximum. | ||||||||
| 5. Make sure to watch the Auction and report any random/outlier bids. | ||||||||
| 6. When auction time is up, Admin will lock the thread (no more comment/bids will be available). | ||||||||
| 7. Create a group chat with Auction Admin and the winner. | ||||||||
| 8. Send tracking and any necessary information in the group chat. | ||||||||
| 9. Send Auction Fee. |
How to play in an Authorized Auction:

| 4. Constant bid retraction will lead to being muted or banned in the group under the discretion of any Admins. | ||||||||

| 6. Winners will be put into a groupchat with Admin and Auctioneer. | ||||||||
| 7. Pay Auctioneer within 5 hours of closing or risk being banned from all future auctions. | ||||||||
